حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي يَزِيدَ وَرَّاقٌ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ قَالَ:

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَصُومُ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسَ، وَيَقُولُ: " إِنَّ هَذَيْنِ الْيَوْمَيْنِ تُعْرَضُ فِيهِمَا الْأَعْمَالُ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays, and he would say: "Deeds are presented on these two days."
