حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيَّ - عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، وَسَعْدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ سِتَّةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ شَوَّالٍ، فَكَأَنَّمَا صَامَ الدَّهْرَ

✧ Whoever fasts Ramadan and then follows it with six days of Shawwal, it is as if he has fasted the entire year.
