✧ The collection of chapters on acts permitted during fasting concerning which the scholars differed as to their permissibility

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، وَبِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ حُمَيْدًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ النَّاجِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَخَّصَ فِي الْقُبْلَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ

  1. Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Aʿlá al-Ṣanʿānī And Bishr b. Muʿādh
  2. al-Muʿtamir
  3. Ḥumayd Yuḥaddith
  4. Abū al-Mutawakkil al-Nājī
  5. Abū Saʿīd al-Khudrī

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted a concession regarding the kiss for the fasting person.
