حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْمُلَائِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُدِلَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا تُرَدُّ دَعْوَتُهُمُ: الصَّائِمُ حَتَّى يُفْطِرَ، وَإِمَامٌ عَدْلٌ، وَدَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ يَرْفَعُهَا اللهُ فَوْقَ الْغَمَامِ، وَيَفْتَحُ لَهَا أَبْوَابَ السَّمَاوَاتِ، فَيَقُولُ الرَّبُّ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ -: وَعِزَّتِي لَأَنْصُرَنَّكَ وَلَوْ بَعْدَ حِينٍ

✧ Three people's supplications are not rejected: the fasting person until he breaks his fast, a just ruler, and the supplication of the oppressed. Allah raises it above the clouds and opens for it the gates of the heavens, and the Lord, Mighty and Exalted, says: 'By My might, I will surely help you, even if after a while.'
