وَأَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْخُ الْفَقِيهُ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُسْلِمِ السُّلَمِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْأُسْتَاذُ الْإِمَامُ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الصَّابُونِيُّ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ - قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:

كُنَّا إِذَا كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ فَكَانَتْ لَيْلَةٌ ظَلْمَاءُ أَوْ لَيْلَةٌ مَطِيرَةٌ أَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَوْ نَادَى مُنَادِيهِ: أَنْ صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ

✧ When we were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey and it was a dark night or a rainy night, the muezzin of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would call the adhan or his caller would announce: 'Pray in your dwellings.'

    يرويه يحيى بن سعيد الأنصاري واختلف عنه فرواه أبو الأحوص سلام بن سليم وجرير بن عبد الحميد عن يحيى عن القاسم بن محمد عن ابن عمر وغيرهما يرويه عن يحيى بن سعيد عن نافع عن ابن عمر وهو المحفوظ وكذلك رواه أيوب السختياني وعبيد الله بن عمر ومالك بن أنس والليث بن سعد وعبد الوهاب بن بخت وعمر بن محمد بن زيد ومطر الوراق عن نافع عن ابن عمر وهو صحيح من حديث نافع وقول أبو الأحوص وجرير بن عبد الحميد عن يحيى عن القاسم بن محمد غير محفوظ
