أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ( ح )، وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ الْإِيَامِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
صَلَاةُ الْأَضْحَى رَكْعَتَانِ، وَصَلَاةُ الْجُمُعَةِ رَكْعَتَانِ، وَصَلَاةُ الْفِطْرِ رَكْعَتَانِ، وَصَلَاةُ الْمُسَافِرِ رَكْعَتَانِ تَمَامٌ غَيْرُ قَصْرٍ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّكُمْ [صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ]، وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنِ افْتَرَى

✧ The prayer of Al-Adha is two rak'ahs, the Friday prayer is two rak'ahs, the prayer of Al-Fitr is two rak'ahs, and the traveler's prayer is two rak'ahs, complete, not shortened, on the tongue of your Prophet [may Allah bless him], and whoever fabricates has failed.
