✧ The sun eclipsed during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The people said, 'It has only eclipsed for the death of Ibrahim.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood and addressed the people, saying: 'The sun and the moon are two signs among the signs of Allah. When you see that, then praise Allah, magnify Him, glorify Him, and pray until the eclipse clears, whichever of them has eclipsed.'" He said: Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ descended and prayed two rak'ahs."
