✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say to his companions: "Has any of you seen a dream?" So whoever Allah willed would narrate it to him. And indeed, one morning he said to us: "Two visitors came to me last night, and they sent me forth and said to me: 'Go, go.' So we came upon a man lying down, and another man standing at his head with a rock, and he was raising the rock and crushing his head. Then he rolled the stone here and followed it and took it, and did not return to the man until his head healed as it was. Then he returned to him and did to him as he had done the first time." Then he mentioned the hadith in full, and said: "They said: 'Now we shall inform you. As for the man whose head is crushed, he is a man who learns the Qur'an but then abandons it and sleeps through the obligatory prayer.'"
