✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ saw phlegm in the qiblah of the mosque and removed it with a stick he had. Then he turned to the people, who recognized anger in his face, and said: "Which of you is the owner of this phlegm?" They remained silent. He said: "Would any of you like, when he stands to pray, for a man to face him and spit in his face?" They said: "No." He said: "God, Mighty and Majestic, is before you in your prayer, so do not direct anything harmful before you, but to the left of one of you or under his foot."
