أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خِدَاشٍ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ: " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - ﷺ
كَانَ إِذَا ذَهَبَ لِحَاجَتِهِ ذَهَبْتُ مَعَهُ بِعُكَّازٍ وَإِدَاوَةٍ، فَإِذَا خَرَجَ تَمَسَّحَ بِالْمَاءِ، وَتَوَضَّأَ مِنَ الْإِدَاوَةِ

✧ Whenever he went out for his need, I would go with him carrying a staff and a water skin. When he came out, he would cleanse himself with water and perform ablution from the water skin.
