The story of the king of al-Ḥaḍr
[ أَوْلَادُ مُضَرَ ] قَالَ ابْنُ إسْحَاقَ: فَوَلَدَ مُضَرُ بْنُ نِزَارٍ رَجُلَيْنِ: إلْيَاسَ بْنَ مُضَرَ، وَعَيْلَانَ بْنَ مُضَرَ. قَالَ ابْنُ هِشَامٍ: وَأُمُّهُمَا جُرْهُمِيَّةٌ. [ أَوْلَادُ إلْيَاسَ ] قَالَ ابْنُ إسْحَاقَ: فَوَلَدَ إلْيَاسُ بْنُ مُضَرَ ثَلَاثَةَ نَفَرٍ: مُدْرِكَةَ بْنَ إلْيَاسَ، وَطَابِخَةَ بْنَ إلْيَاسَ، وَقَمْعَةَ بْنَ إلْيَاسَ، وَأُمُّهُمْ خِنْدِفُ، امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ الْيَمَنِ
Translation
✧ [The Children of Muḍar] Ibn Isḥāq said: Muḍar b. Nizār begot two men: Ilyās b. Muḍar and ʿAylān b. Muḍar. Ibn Hishām said: Their mother was a Jurhumite woman. [The Children of Ilyās] Ibn Isḥāq said: Ilyās b. Muḍar begot three persons: Mudrikah b. Ilyās, Ṭābikhah b. Ilyās, and Qamʿah b. Ilyās, and their mother was Khindif, a woman from al-Yaman.
