The Messenger's covenant to his wives regarding their share of the spoils
[ عَهْدُ الرَّسُولِ إلَى نِسَائِهِ بِنَصِيبِهِنَّ فِي الْمَغَانِمِ ] بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ ذِكْرُ مَا أَعْطَى مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ نِسَاءَهُ مِنْ قَمْحِ خَيْبَرَ: قَسَمَ لَهُنَّ مِئَةَ وَسْقٍ وَثَمَانِينَ وَسْقًا، وَلِفَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَمْسَةً وَثَمَانِينَ وَسْقًا، وَلِأُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَرْبَعِينَ وَسْقًا، وَلِلْمِقْدَادِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ وَسْقًا، وَلِأُمِّ رُمَيْثَةَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ. شَهِدَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ وَعَبَّاسٌ. وَكَتَبَ
Translation
✧ [The Messenger's covenant to his wives regarding their share in the spoils] In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Mention of what Muhammad the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave his wives from the wheat of Khaybar: He allotted to them one hundred and eighty wasqs, and to Fāṭimah bt. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ eighty-five wasqs, and to Usāmah b. Zayd forty wasqs, and to al-Miqdād b. al-Aswad fifteen wasqs, and to Umm Rumaythah five wasqs. ʿUthmān b. ʿAffān and ʿAbbās bore witness. And he wrote.
