أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيُحْرَمُ الرِّزْقَ بِالذَّنْبِ يُصِيبُهُ وَلَا يُرَدُّ الْقَدْرُ إِلَّا بِالدُّعَاءِ وَلَا يَزِيدُ فِي الْعُمُرِ إِلَّا الْبِرُّ»

    هذا خطأ رواه سفيان الثوري عن عبد الله بن عيسى عن عبد الله بن أبي الجعد عن ثوبان عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو الصحيح قلت لهما ليس لسالم بن أبي الجعد ها هنا معنى قالا لا

    machine translationThis is a mistake. Sufyān al-Thawrī narrated it from ʿAbdullāh b. ʿĪsā, from ʿAbdullāh b. Abī al-Jaʿd, from Thawbān, from the Prophet ﷺ, and that is the correct (ṣaḥīḥ) version. I said to the two of them: "Sālim b. Abī al-Jaʿd has no place here." They said: "No."
