✧ Description of Paradise and its inhabitants

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ الْجَرْمِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا فِي عَهْدِهِ لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ خَمْسِ مِائَةِ عَامٍ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever kills a person under a covenant during his treaty will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, and its fragrance can be found from a distance of five hundred years’ journey.”
