✧ When the Haruriyyah rebelled, he was with 'Ali, and they said, "No judgment except Allah's." 'Ali ؓ said, "A word of truth by which falsehood is intended. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ described a people—I indeed recognize their description in these. They speak the truth with their tongues, but it does not pass this from them," and he pointed to his throat. "Among the most hateful of Allah's creation to Him, among them is a black man, one of whose hands is [like] the teat of a breast." When 'Ali ؓ had killed them, he said, "Look." They looked but did not find him. He said, "Return, for by Allah, I have not lied nor been lied to," twice or three times. Then they found him in a ruin and brought him until they placed him before him.
