أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِيَاسُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ
أَبْصَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ رَجُلًا يُقَالُ لَهُ بُسْرُ بْنُ رَاعِي الْعِيرِ يَأْكُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ فَقَالَ «كُلْ بِيَمِينِكَ» قَالَ لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ قَالَ «لَا اسْتَطَعْتَ» قَالَ فَمَا نَالَتْ يَدُهُ إِلَى فِيهِ بَعْدُ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ saw a man called Busr b. Ra'i al-'Ir eating with his left hand and said: “Eat with your right hand.” He said: “I cannot.” He said: “May you not be able.” He said: “After that, his hand never reached his mouth.”
