أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ

قَرَأَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ {إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ} قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْكَوْثَرُ نَهَرٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ يَجْرِي عَلَى وَجْهِ الْأَرْضِ حَافَّتَاهُ قِبَابُ الدُّرِّ» قَالَ ﷺ «فَضَرَبْتُ بِيَدِي فَإِذَا طِينُهُ مِسْكٌ أَذْفَرُ وَإِذَا حَصْبَاؤُهُ اللُّؤْلُؤُ»

✧ Anas b. Malik recited: "Indeed, We have granted you al-Kawthar" (Qur'an 108:1). He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Al-Kawthar is a river in Paradise flowing on the surface of the earth; its two banks are domes of pearl." He ﷺ said: "I struck with my hand, and behold, its clay is fragrant musk, and its pebbles are pearls."
