أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ النَّحْوِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الرُّكَيْنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَنْ خُرَيْمِ بْنِ فَاتِكٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«النَّاسُ أَرْبَعَةٌ وَالْأَعْمَالُ سِتَّةٌ مُوجِبَتَانِ وَمِثْلٌ بِمِثْلٍ وَحَسَنَةٌ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا وَحَسَنَةٌ بِسَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ وَالنَّاسُ مُوَسَّعٌ عَلَيْهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَمُوَسَّعٌ عَلَيْهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا مَقْتُورٌ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَمَقْتُورٌ عَلَيْهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا مُوَسَّعٌ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَمَقْتُورٌ عَلَيْهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَشَقِيٌّ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَشَقِيٌّ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَالْمُوجِبَتَانِ مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَوْ قَالَ مُؤْمِنًا بِاللَّهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَهُوَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ دَخَلَ النَّارَ وَمَنْ هَمَّ بِحَسَنَةٍ فَعَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ عَشَرَةُ أَمْثَالِهَا وَمَنْ هَمَّ بِحَسَنَةٍ فَلَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ حَسَنَةٌ وَمَنْ هَمَّ بِسَيِّئَةٍ فَلَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ حَسَنَةٌ وَمَنْ هَمَّ بِسَيِّئَةٍ فَعَمِلَهَا كُتِبَتْ لَهُ سَيِّئَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ غَيْرُ مُضَعَّفَةٍ وَمَنْ أَنْفَقَ نَفَقَةً فَاضِلَةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَبِسَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ»

✧ People are four types, and deeds are six: two that necessitate, a like for a like, a good deed with ten times its like, a good deed with seven hundred-fold, and people: one given expansiveness in this world and the Hereafter, one given expansiveness in this world but straitened in the Hereafter, one straitened in this world but given expansiveness in the Hereafter, one straitened in this world and the Hereafter, and wretched in this world and wretched in the Hereafter. The two that necessitate: whoever says 'There is no god but Allah' or says believing in Allah enters Paradise, and whoever dies associating partners with Allah enters the Fire. Whoever intends a good deed and does it, ten times its like is written for him; whoever intends a good deed but does not do it, one good deed is written for him; whoever intends an evil deed but does not do it, one good deed is written for him; whoever intends an evil deed and does it, one evil deed is written for him, not multiplied. Whoever spends a surplus expenditure in the way of Allah, it is seven hundred-fold."
