✧ Abd Allah entered upon a woman, and on her neck was something that had an amulet, so he pulled it and cut it, then he said: The family of Abd Allah have become rich enough not to associate partners with Allah in that for which He has sent down no authority. Then he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Indeed, incantations, amulets, and love-charms are shirk.' They said: O Abu Abd al-Rahman, we know about incantations and amulets, but what is a love-charm? He said: 'Something that women make to endear themselves to their husbands.'
