أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مُرَّةَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ

«لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ»

✧ “The blood of a Muslim is not lawful except in one of three cases: a life for a life, the previously married adulterer, and the one who abandons his religion and separates from the community.”
