✧ A man from the desert people called Zahir b. Haram used to send gifts to the Prophet ﷺ, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would equip him when he wanted to depart. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Zahir is our bedouin and we are his townspeople.” He said: The Prophet ﷺ came to him while he was selling his goods and embraced him from behind while the man could not see him. He said, “Let me go, who is this?” He turned around, and when he recognized that it was the Prophet ﷺ, he began pressing his back against his chest. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Who will buy this slave?” Zahir said, “You will find me unsellable, O Messenger of Allah.” He said, “But you are not unsellable with Allah,” or he said ﷺ, “Rather, you are precious with Allah.”
