✧ Umm Hufayd, my maternal aunt bint al-Harith, gifted the Messenger of Allah ﷺ clarified butter, dried curd, and dabb lizards. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ called for them and ate on his table, but left them as if he found them repulsive. Had they been forbidden, they would not have been eaten on the table of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, nor would he have ordered them to be eaten.
