✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Khalid b. al-Walid to Judhaymah. He invited them to Islam, but they were not good at saying "We have become Muslims," so they started saying, "We have turned renegade! We have turned renegade!" Khalid began taking them as captives and killing them, and he gave each man among us a captive. Then one day Khalid said, "Let each man among you kill his captive." We came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and what Khalid had done was mentioned to him. The Prophet ﷺ raised his hands and said, "O Allah, I disassociate myself to You from what Khalid has done."
