أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ
إِنَّ خَيَّاطًا دَعَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِطَعَامٍ صَنَعَهُ قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَذَهَبْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَرَّبَ إِلَيْهِ خُبْزًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ وَمَرَقًا فِيهِ دُبَّاءٌ وَقَدِيدٌ قَالَ أَنَسٌ «فَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَتَبَّعُ الدُّبَّاءَ مِنْ حَوَالَيِ الْقَصْعَةِ» قَالَ «فَلَمْ أَزَلْ أُحِبُّ الدُّبَّاءَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ»

✧ A tailor invited the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to a meal he had prepared. Anas said, "I went with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he brought barley bread and broth with gourd and dried meat." Anas said, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ picking out the gourd from around the bowl." He said, "I have not ceased to love gourd since that day."
