✧ The relationship of kinship and its severance.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ الْجَرْمِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
«إِنَّ أَعْجَلَ الطَّاعَةِ ثَوَابًا صِلَةُ الرَّحِمِ حَتَّى إِنَّ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ لِيَكُونُوا فَجَرَةً فَتَنْمُو أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَيَكْثُرُ عَدَدُهُمْ إِذَا تَوَاصَلُوا وَمَا مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ يَتَوَاصَلَونَ فَيَحْتَاجُونَ»

✧ The swiftest act of obedience in reward is maintaining kinship ties, so much so that the members of a household may be wicked, yet their wealth grows and their number increases when they maintain ties with one another. And there is no household whose members maintain ties with one another that will be in need.
