✧ Voluntary Fasting

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِشْكَابَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ أَبِي عُمَيْسٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ

كَانَتْ يَهُودُ تَتَّخِذُ يَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ عِيدًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خَالِفُوهُمْ صُومُوا أَنْتُمْ»
