أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَوْنٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَسْرُوقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَمِقِ الْخُزَاعِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا عَسَلَهُ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ» قِيلَ وَمَا عَسَلُهُ؟ قَالَ «يُفْتَحُ لَهُ عَمَلٌ صَالِحٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ مَوْتِهِ حَتَّى يَرْضَى عَنْهُ»
