✧ I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ intending to ask him something, and I heard him delivering a sermon, saying: “Whoever seeks self-sufficiency, Allah will make him self-sufficient; whoever seeks chastity, Allah will keep him chaste; and whoever asks us, we will give him.” He said: So I turned back and did not ask him, and today I am the wealthiest of the Ansar.
