✧ 'Three Allah loves, and three Allah hates. As for those Allah loves: a man who came to a people and asked them by Allah, not asking them by kinship between them and him, and a man lagged behind them and gave him secretly, no one knowing of his gift except Allah and the one he gave; and a people who traveled through their night until sleep became dearer to them than anything they might equate with it, so they alighted, laid down their heads, and one stood appealing to Me and reciting My verses; and a man who was in a raiding party, met the enemy, and they were routed, and he advanced with his chest fighting or victory was opened for him. And three Allah hates: the adulterous old man, the arrogant poor man, and the oppressive rich man.'
