أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَرَضَ فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْأَنْهَارُ وَالْعُيُونُ أَوْ مَا كَانَ عَثَرِيًّا الْعُشْرَ وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالنَّضْحِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ»
