✧ On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, "Witr (an odd number of units of prayer) is a right (obligatory). So whoever wishes to perform Witr with five (units of prayer), let them do so. And whoever wishes to perform Witr with three (units), let them do so. And whoever wishes to perform Witr with one (unit), let them do so. And whoever finds it difficult, let them gesture with their head."
