✧ The obligation of Imam's observance

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ إِمْلَاءً حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ الْإِيَامِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْسَجَةَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَمْسَحُ مَنَاكِبَنَا وَصُدُورَنَا وَيَقُولُ «لَا تَخْتَلِفُوا فَتَخْتَلِفَ قُلُوبُكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى الصُّفُوفِ الْمُقَدَّمَةِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wipe our shoulders and chests, saying, “Do not differ, lest your hearts differ. Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the front rows.”
