✧ I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When he entered the row, he raised his hands and said the takbir, then wrapped his garment around him and put his hand inside his garment, taking his left with his right. When he wanted to bow, he took out his hands, raised them, said the takbir, then bowed. When he raised his head from bowing, he raised his hands, said the takbir, then prostrated, and placed his face between his palms. Ibn Juhadah said: I mentioned that to al-Hasan b. Abi al-Hasan, and he said, 'That is the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Whoever did it, did it, and whoever left it, left it.'
