أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَسْمَاءَ حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَاصِلٌ مَوْلَى أَبِي عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمُرَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

« عُرِضَتْ عَلَيَّ أَعْمَالُ أُمَّتِي حَسَنُهَا وَسَيِّئُهَا فَوَجَدْتُ فِي مَحَاسِنِ أَعْمَالِهَا إِمَاطَةَ الْأَذَى عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ وَوَجَدْتُ فِي مَسَاوِئِ أَعْمَالِهَا النُّخَامَةَ تَكُونُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ لَا تُدْفَنُ»

✧ «The deeds of my Ummah, good and evil, were presented to me, and I found among their good deeds the removal of something harmful from the road, and I found among their evil deeds the sputum in the mosque that is not buried.»

    قول مهدي بن ميمون أصح لأنه زاد عليهما يعني هشام بن حسان وحماد بن زيد وهو ثقة حافظ
