أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«فِي الْإِنْسَانِ سِتُّونَ وَثَلَاثُ مِائَةِ مَفْصِلٍ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ عَنْ كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ مِنْهُ بِصَدَقَةٍ» قَالُوا وَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ «النُّخَاعَةُ تَرَاهَا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَتَدْفِنُهَا أَوِ الشَّيْءُ تُنَحِّيهِ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ فَرَكْعَتَا الضُّحَى تَجْزِيَانِكَ»

✧ «In a human being there are three hundred and sixty joints; he must give charity for each joint of his.» They said: "Who can do that, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Bury sputum that you see in the mosque, or remove something from the road. If you do not find anything, then the two rakʿahs of Ḍuḥā will suffice you."
