أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَطَّانُ بِالرَّقَّةِ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ السَّيَّارِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُهَاجِرُ أَبُو مَخْلَدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَقَّتَ فِي الْمَسْحِ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَلَيَالِيَهُنَّ لِلْمُسَافِرِ وَلِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمٌ وَلَيْلَةٌ»

machine translationMuhājir b. Khālid, freed slave of the family of Abū Bakrah, narrated it from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Abī Bakrah, from his father. Wuhayb b. Khālid and ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-Thaqafī related it. There is disagreement about ʿAbd al-Wahhāb: his son ʿUthmān b. ʿAbd al-Wahhāb, Musaddad, Bundār and Abū al-Ashʿath narrated it from him and said: from Muhājir, from Ibn Abī Bakrah, from his father. Zayd b. al-Ḥubāb contradicted them and narrated it from ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-Thaqafī, from Khālid, from Ibn Abī Bakrah, from his father. The sound (ṣaḥīḥ) one is the hadith of Muhājir.
