أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ الْغَزَّالُ بِالْبَصْرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

«رَخَّصَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَسْحَ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ لِلْمُسَافِرِ وَيَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً لِلْحَاضِرِ»
