إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ:
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْوِصَالِ فِي الصِّيَامِ: قَالَ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى: ﴿ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ ﴾، فَإِذَا جَاءَ اللَّيْلُ فَهُوَ مُفْطِرٌ، ثُمَّ إِنْ شَاءَ صَامَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ
