حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الْكَلَامِ إِذَا خَرَجَ الْإِمَامُ حَتَّى يَتَكَلَّمَ، وَإِذَا نَزَلَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ ؟ فَكَرِهَهُ الْحَكَمُ، وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ
