حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
قُتِلَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ فَأَرَادَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ أَنْ يَدُوهُ فَأَبَى، فَأَعْطَوْهُ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الدِّيَةَ فَأَبَى
