حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ رُزَيْقٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
﴿وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيثَاقٌ ﴾هُوَ الرَّجُلُ يَكُونُ مُعَاهَدًا وَيَكُونُ [١]قَوْمُهُ أَهْلَ عَهْدٍ، فَيُسَلَّمُ إِلَيْهِمْ دِيَتُهُ، وَيُعْتِقُ الَّذِي أَصَابَهُ رَقَبَةً
