حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
كَانَ ﷺ" data-href="/encyclopedia/rawi/p-22587" tabindex="0" role="link">أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْكُلُونَ مِنَ الْغَنَائِمِ إِذَا أَصَابُوهَا مِنَ الْجَزَائِرِ وَالْبَقَرِ، وَيَعْلِفُونَ دَوَابَّهُمْ وَلَا يَبِيعُونَ، فَإِنْ بِيعَ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الْمَقَاسِمِ
