حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
قُتِلَ قَتِيلٌ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ فَغَلَبَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ عَلَى جِيفَتِهِ فَقَالُوا: ادْفَعُوا إِلَيْنَا جِيفَتَهُ وَنُعْطِيكُمْ عَشَرَةَ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ، فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: لَا حَاجَةَ لَنَا فِي جِيفَتِهِ وَلَا دِيَتِهِ، إِنَّهُ خَبِيثُ الدِّيَةِ خَبِيثُ الْجِيفَةِ
