حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا رَحَلُوا بِإِذْنِ الْإِمَامِ أَخَذَ الْخُمُسَ، وَكَانَ لَهُمْ مَا بَقِيَ، وَإِذَا رَحَلُوا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ الْإِمَامِ فَهُمْ أُسْوَةُ الْجَيْشِ
