حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا شَهِدَ التَّاجِرُ وَالْعَبْدُ قُسِمَ لَهُ وَقُسِمَ لِلْعَبْدِ
