حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَا:
كَانُوا إِذَا غَزَوْا فَأَصَابُوا الْغَنَائِمَ قَسَمُوا لِلْفَارِسِ مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ حِينَ تُقْسَمُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَسْهُمٍ: سَهْمَيْنِ لِفَرَسِهِ، وَسَهْمًا لَهُ، وَلِلرَّاجِلِ سَهْمًا
