حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَسَنٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَسْلَمَ الرَّجُلُ [١]مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّوَادِ ثُمَّ أَقَامَ بِأَرْضِهِ أُخِذَ مِنْهُ الْخَرَاجُ، فَإِنْ خَرَجَ مِنْهَا لَمْ يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهُ الْخَرَاجُ
