حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الْأَسِيرِ فِي أَيْدِي الْعَدُوِّ: إِنْ أَعْطَى عَطِيَّةً، أَوْ نَحَلَ نَحْلًا وَأَوْصَى بِثُلُثِهِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ
