حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنِ الْأَسِيرِ فِي أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ مَتَى تَزَوَّجُ امْرَأَتُهُ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا تَزَوَّجُ مَا عَلِمَتْ أَنَّهُ حَيٌّ
