حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
لَا يُسَاكِنُكُمُ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى فِي أَمْصَارِكُمْ، فَمَنْ أَسْلَمَ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ ارْتَدَّ فَلَا تَضْرِبُوا إِلَّا عُنُقَهُ
